This will be the result of an outstanding partnership involving Grayson College, the cities of the Texoma Region, local industries, supporting institutions of higher education, Cognac, France, and an active and vital Cooperative. Grayson College will be known for The Texas Center of Excellence for Viticulture & Fermentation Sciences” and will have an internationally known Munson Research Vineyard and Winery. The Texoma Appellation will be the most productive in Texas, and the many vineyards and wineries, agricultural producers supporting the industries, breweries and distilleries will play a significant role in making the Texoma region a major destination in Texas tourism.
Grayson College will secure a visionary Program Director for the Viticulture and Enology Program.
A Wine, Beer, Distilled Spirits (WBD), Agriculture Producers Co-op/Association will be developed.
The Craft Beverage Workgroup will establish a Texoma Appellation Brand including information and promotion documents and websites.
Grayson College will complete initial steps to develop the Center for Fermentation Sciences.
The Craft Beverage Workgroup will develop a Wine, Beer, Distilled Spirits, and Winery Trail.
TCOG, along with academic partners, will establish a research and data project to establish industry baseline metrics and resources.

The first annual Texoma Craft Beverage Conference will be developed and hosted.
